Echo Lake Country Club was formed through the merger of the Cranford Golf Club and the Westfield Golf Club, and it boasts a family-oriented atmosphere, championship golf course, pool, and paddle program. A recent $12-million renovation has transformed the 30,000 square-foot Clubhouse into a vibrant hub, offering three bars, banquet facilities, multi-level dining, expansive patios, and breathtaking Manhattan Skyline views. In 2021, Echo Lake's Clubhouse was honored with the "Clubhouse Renovation of the Year" award from Club Inc. Magazine. We are looking for Servers and Runners to create memorable experiences for our Members at our Pool.

We are looking for Servers and Runners to create memorable experiences for our Members at our Pool.
Server Duties:
- Welcome Members and guests and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take orders accurately, providing recommendations when needed.
- Deliver orders to Members’ tables efficiently.
- Anticipate the Members’ needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic drinks.
Runner Duties:
- Assist servers by bringing food and non alcoholic beverages to the Members' tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure the food is being delivered correctly, and with attention to presentation.
- Communicate with kitchen and bartenders to coordinate orders.
- Assist with cleaning tables and work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively on a team.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
